Some mornings I wake up with an undeniable need to create. I've been following India Earl for ages and recently she's been posting creativity challenges. I was planning to do them, but I hadn't really gotten around to it. Then I woke up with that need one morning and I thought it was the perfect chance to combine the most recent two, mirror photos and bathroom photos, into one. So I threw on a pretty skirt, grabbed my camera and a tripod, and locked myself in the bathroom. The mirror I used was actually one I got back when I was 5 and decorating my princess themed bedroom. I'm not sure why I've saved it over the years, but I'm so glad I have because it's very pretty and vintage looking. The morning light made this shoot absolutely beautiful and I shot entirely using that light. I was really surprised by how much I ended up liking these photos. They're a little grungy and make me look way cooler than I actually am.
