I was scrolling through Pinterest one day when I found some really pretty portraits Marina Williams Photo did (check her out! so many good ideas!). Before this, I had never really thought about how easy it would be to just buy a cheap stand off of Amazon and turn anywhere into a really easy way to get some beautiful portraits.

I ordered a stand and recruited my sweet friend, Lydia, to model for me. The backdrop I used are actually the curtains I have hanging in my Athens bedroom which are this beautiful dark blue I absolutely love. I hung them to the stand using some spare clothes pins and they could not have worked better. The color looked amazing with Lydia's bright red dress and these are easily some of my all time favorite photos.
